Our Esprit online store will close, please see below for FAQ’s, if you are not able to find the answer to your question below please contact us via here.

 

  1. When will the web shop close?
  2. The Esprit online store in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia will close on the 5th January 2020, orders will be taken via the platform until 11:59pm.

 

  1. Why are you closing the web shop?
  2. To enable us to focus on our goal in the future to provide the best in class online experience for our customers the decision has been made for now to close the online platform in the above-mentioned markets. Any changes to this decision in the future will be communicated at the appropriate time.

 

  1. What will happen with my e-points?
  2. Your e-points will continue to remain in your account as per the conditions of the Friends Program, if you signed up to be a friend member online your settings will be converted from 6th January 2020 to that of an offline member, this means once you accumulate enough points you will be automatically credited with a voucher to redeem in store within 12 months, as outlined in our Esprit Friends program.

 

  1. What happens if I want to return my purchase?
  2. For purchases made via our online store until the 5th January 2020 you will have 30 days to return via the online platform or in one of our stores. Any faulty items will be dealt with on a case by case basis, and the above does not affect a consumer’s legal rights within the market.

 

  1. Will I still be able to log into My account overview?
  2. Yes, you will still be able to log onto your Esprit Friends Account Overview via the website.

 

  1. Will I still be able to look at the range online?
  2. Unfortunately, due to the varying apparel collections across our markets it will not be possible to view product specifically available in your market. It will still be possible to view collections online via our European web sites, however we cannot guarantee these items will be available in your market.

 

  1. Will I still be able to buy online?
  2. Currently we do not offer delivery in your market from our other online platforms.

 

  1. Can I still find the stores on Store Finder via your website?
  2. Yes, you will still be able to access the Store Finder via our website

 

  1. Can I still use the Esprit App?
  2. Yes, you will still be able to utilize the Esprit App to check your Esprit Friends Account

 

  1. Will you re-introduce the web shop in the future?
  2. To provide our customers with the best possible access to our products we will continue to review the possibility to provide an online shopping experience to our customers in your market. We will keep you informed via our webpage and electronic mail with any updates.

 

  1. Is Esprit Closing down?
  2. The Esprit Group is not closing, we will continue to serve our customers in our offline channel where we hope to see you soon!

 

  1. Is the online business closing worldwide or just my market?
  2. The online business is closing in your market, other markets are reviewed on a regular basis and changes made when necessary.

 

  1. Is there anywhere else we can purchase Esprit products online?
  2. It may be possible to purchase products to be delivered to your market via one of our online market place partners. We will communicate this at a later date.
